DELIVERIES
All orders without battery are dispatched by DHL/Fedex 3-7 days arrive express shipping.
Orders with battery will be shipped according to different country channels.
All orders accepted before 3pm GMT will be processed within 24 hours. Please note this can take longer during special periods as sales or Christmas/Covid-19 implications, when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be processed.We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends or a national holiday.
Every order placed on Friday after 3pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery service or due to a control of the customs.You can find a preview of the shipping option in your basket. The shipping cost will be notified there.During free shipping promotions, or for purchase above 500$, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.Once shipped, you will receive the shipping notification with your tracking number.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). We only accept return for items new, unused with brand label attached.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns are at the cost of the customer. Except in the case of faulty items.
If you notice a defect on a item within 30 days from the reception of your order, please contact sales@uasfactory.com to request a refund or exchange. Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

You will receive a return authorization number. Do mention this on the box as otherwise we cannot process the return.

Place your order back in the Repack-packaging, including the original invoice and all original tags.

Returns are at your cost. Except in the case of faulty items.

Once received, we will notify you. Please allow 10 days to process.

The refund will be made to the account of the original payment method and you will be notified.
You will receive an email with all the indication requested for the shipping back. We ask you to note the order number clearly on the package.
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
